Birthday Parties

Event Room Rental

The Ecology Center rents the following spaces at affordable rates:

  • A large wood-and-stone multi-purpose room with a working fireplace that's perfect for receptions, parties, large meetings, and other special events 
  • A lengthy hallway with a cathedral ceiling providing a great option when an event requires extra space
  • A recently renovated classroom for events with smaller numbers of people

Fire Ring

The cement Fire Ring is located next to the Harley Clarke mansion at 2603 Sheridan Road in Evanston.  For more information on the rental of the Fire Ring for an event or gathering, its rules, fees, and application, click HERE or call the Ecology Center at (847) 448-8256.

Snowshoes

Enjoy the outdoors in the winter months by renting snowshoes at the Ecology Center. Explore the arboretum or take them elsewhere for a hike in the snow.  Click HERE to learn more.
