EEA Wild & Scenic Film Festival
The EEA Wild & Scenic Film Festival is a two-day event presented annually by the Evanston Environmental Association (EEA) and the city of Evanston. Different movies are shown on the two different Fridays of the festival. This is the festival's 11th year. We invite you to enjoy the festival from the comfort of your homes through our new interactive livestream platform! All proceeds from the film festival support the operations and programming of the Evanston Ecology Center such as programs scholarships.
The festival offers a line-up of the best in environmental and adventure short films covering a variety of topics relevant to those concerned about the future of our planet. The national Wild & Scenic Film Festival is organized and produced by SYRCL (the South Yuba River Citizens League), and was started in part to help environmental organizations like the EEA to grow our membership by hosting on tour events across the country.
Virtual lobby opens at 6:30 pm, show runs from 7-9 pm
