Bird Buzz Webinar: New Plants for Your City Savanna

The event will take place via Zoom. The zoom link will be provided a week before the event to all registrants. 

You are invited to attend our free online educational seminar: New Plants for Your City Savanna from the 2026 Bird Buzz Plant Sale — and More! Join us to learn about the regional ecosystem of the savanna and its important role in urban gardening. You will be introduced to the new eco-functional plants that will be featured in this year’s sale. In addition, we will share updates on the progress our community has made in supporting the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee through coordinated local efforts. This seminar will also mark the official launch of our online plant sale. Plant pickups will take place on May 30 at James Park. We look forward to seeing you there!

Event Logistics:

The seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 4. The Zoom room will open at 6:45 PM, with the presentation beginning promptly at 7:00 PM. The program will run for approximately one hour and will include a 10-minute Q&A session at the conclusion.

If you are unable to attend, a recording of the seminar will be available on our website beginning on March 7th.
