This session we will be brewing a holiday beer that will be ready to share at the end of December. You will learn tips and techniques to doing your own home brew with members Evanston Home Brew Club and Sketchbook brewing company. We will talk about the science behind the process that changes simple grains and hops into a tasty beverage. If you’re available we will have a bottling session 2 weeks after the brew date. Your registration fee includes six-pack of the beer that we brewed during the session to share and sample. Age 21 and up.
